Working Schedual
During the implementation of the project the team had 4 working meetings.
The team organized 2 working meetings, each consisted in 3 working days in both countries.
• Two working meetings were held in Bulgaria (north west region), the meetings were held in order to set up the Handicrafts and Agritourism Fair which was established in Vratsa, Bulgaria
• Two working meetings were held in Romania (south west oltenia region) the meetings were held in order to set up the Handicrafts and Agritourism Fair which was established in Cultural Harbour Cetate
During the working meetings, project members and 2 technical external experts from each country specialized in organizing the events participated.
The organizational details of the 2 fairs were set up during the working meetings. Moreover, working lists were established with potential exponents and also selection criteria of themselves, visits were organized to see the production facilities of the potential exponents. Furthermore, meetings with the local authorities and public institutions were also set up. Other details concerning the organization of the 2 fairs such as reception, accommodation, security, etc were discussed during the working meetings.

- The second working meeting was hels in Romania, Craiova,08-10 of July 2009
- The first working meeting was held in Bulgaria, Pleven, 28-30 of January 2009
- The second working meeting was held in Bulgaria, Pleven,01-30 of April 2009
