Seminars
In each country 2 information and promotion seminars were held, one in Romania and one in Bulgaria.
The theme of each seminar was:
- The promotion and support of the handicraft activities, of art and popular traditions in relation to the Romanian and Bulgarian integration within the European Union.
- Efficient exploitation of ways and modalities of the agroturistic potential of the cross border area of south west Oltenia (Romania)/North West (Bulgaria).
For each seminar a number of 3 themes were exposed out of which 2 were presented by lectures for the same country and the third one was presented from a lecture from the other country.
The main theme of the fair was driven by the promotion and support of the economic agents from the handicraft and agritourism. The meetings were held for 3 days (2 nights).
The purpose of the 2 seminars was to inform correctly and on time the public authorities and the institutions interested in the organization of the 2 fairs. Furthermore, the seminars also represented an opportunity for creating tight connections between the business areas.
The technical experts and the external consultants proposed in the team project were very important in writing of the informative materials presented in the seminars.
For both seminars a number of 40 guests participated besides the team members.
In Bulgaria the seminar included 15 bulgarian participants and 5 romanians comming from public institutions, NGO’s, private dector, mass-media.
In Romania the seminar also included a number of 15 participants and 5 bulgarian comming from same oraganizations.
